This photo is from a seminar at the Heliopolis University in Cairo, where we investigated the skills needed to design your initiative for change: assemble a team of volunteers, decide on your key aims and messages, agree your methods, start a social media campaign, learn to take a stand, raise money by grants or crowd-funding, monitor how you will assess progress.
